Jasmina Jonuz is a licensed psychologist, and magister in counseling psychology, cognitive behavioral, and schema therapy counselor. After graduating, she focused on the field of psychotherapy and obtained a master’s degree in counseling psychology at the University of Sheffield. She actively invested in her professional development with education in the field of psychodiagnostics and psychotherapy, and she finished a training for neuropsychological assessment and training for Exposure and response prevention for treatment of OCD. In 2019 she began her doctoral studies in the field of clinical psychology. A large part of her career was spent in the non-governmental sector with advisory work for marginalized groups in organizations such as HERA, HOPS, and SOS Children’s Village and she is co-founder of Psynapsis – an NGO for the promotion of mental and physical health. Currently, she is employed as a psychologist at a public health clinic – (Zdravstven dom Skopje) and she is also working as a Lecturer at Sigmund Freud University – Vienna. Additionally, she offers online counseling and psychotherapy with a focus on the treatment of anxiety disorders (phobias, panic disorder, OCD) and personality disorders.

Aleksandra Panchevska is a licensed psychologist, Gestalt therapist, and EMDR Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Institute of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy at UKIM. During her studies, she spent one semester as an exchange student at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Bologna in Italy. During her education, she was involved in numerous trainings, lectures, and seminars, as a participant and as a lecturer. Her work experience includes working as a psychologist – human resources consultant, psychosocial support of vulnerable categories of refugees, psychological counseling, and psychotherapy. Her professional work interests focus on personal growth and development, psychotherapy, and working with trauma.

Irena Aleksova is a licensed psychologist holding a degree in psychology from Cyril and Methodius University. Her professional journey commenced with a focus on child psychology and developmental studies following her graduation. She was under the mentorship of a Gestalt Counselor while pursuing additional training in clinical diagnostics. Notably, she has completed specialized neuropsychological diagnostics at the Center for Neuropsychology, Psychotherapy, and Psychology-Cognition. Dedicated to continual professional development, Irena actively participates in seminars, workshops, and courses to enhance her expertise. She has applied her skills in various settings, including working with migrant children at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy in Skopje. Past roles include serving as a psychologist within non-governmental organizations such as SOS Children’s Village and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Skopje. Following the completion of the Human Resources Academy in CreativeHub Macedonia, and has transitioned into a role where she actively applies and leverages her expertise, specializing in this domain.
